Guarantee and Refund Eligibility

This program comes with a performance guarantee. If you have fully completed the course but did not manage to write a contract within 10 days following the completion and believe you have received no value from the course, you may be eligible for a full refund. Here’s what you need to know about requesting a refund:

  • Completion Requirement: You must complete the course in its entirety.
  • Refund Request Window: A refund must be requested within 60 days of your registration date for the course.
  • No Magic Pill Clause: We recognize that success in real estate requires dedication and execution of specific tasks. There are no shortcuts, but thorough preparation can significantly boost your performance.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email Request: Send an email to andrew@firstagenthub.com with the subject line “Refund Requested – [Your Full Name]”.
  2. Email Body: In the body of your email, please include:
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a full refund.
  • Details about what value, if any, you felt you received from the course.
  • Your full name, phone number, and email address.
  • Any recommendations you have that could help improve the course.
  1. Documentation: Attach copies of your “10 Success Forms” for Days 1-10. This is to verify that you have indeed completed the course in its entirety.

Processing Your Refund

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review your submitted materials and assess your eligibility for a refund based on the criteria outlined above. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and funds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
